Ordered a Radeon 9700 128mb AGP card - for an excellent price - needed it next day as I was travelling, so emailed them just to check I would recieve it tomorrow - they replied quickly and said "Yes it would be with me tomorrow" and lo and behold it was with me tomorrow! Very happy with the service, and very good communication - and EXCELLENT prices  - only slight downer was that there was no driver disk with the card, and no S-Video / TV out cable with the card - but I'm not surprised really as the card is a refurb... |

Ordered Monday, around 12pm, got an email later that day saying it's being dispatched, memory showed up first thing Tuesday morning, at around 8.10am! Very impressed with the service, and the prices, memory works perfectly. RECOMMENDED! (Postage was Special Delivery, and was included in the price/free!) |

Worst company ever - 1 week before they bothered posting the stuff to me. Then when one of the items was faulty - they took a month to decide to give me a refund - then they took a month telling me "we have 28 days to refund you" and then they never refunded me and now they no longer respond to my emails - contacted trading standards and so far not had ANY luck with them. Do a google search for microland technology, this company is ripping people off to the value of thousands and thousands of pounds and nobody is getting the money back!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE  |

I have bought a number of things from Ebuyer over the last year and never had any problems with any of the purchases. Recently though, I bought a PC Chips / Syntax motherboard which had MANY good reviews, and it was cheap (£23 inc vat) so I could upgrade a friends computer cheaply. Well, the first board was faulty, the second board they sent out (RMA went ok) was also faulty. So now I'm going to be ordering a different motherboard.
