I have previously rated Scan as exceptional. However, I have just cancelled a business account due to problems with my last two orders. Firstly we ordered an item on the today only - after there was no sign of the item we were informed that it had been delivered and they even gave the name of the person who had signed for it. After much arguing between myself and the lad who'd 'allegedly' signed for it, it transpired that the item had never even been despatched and Scan had looked at the details of the previous order. Secondly. I ordered a psu as a matter of urgency so picked an item that was shown as in stock. However, it turned out it wasn't in stock and wasn't going to be any time soon. I'm more than slightly disappointed from a personal point of view as the account was only opened because I'd recommended Scan as having excellent service. | 21:45 Wed 5th Apr 2006 |

Bought from Scan a number of times and found them excellent at all times - including their RMA policy.
