I bought a very nice 6-switch Lian-Li Baybus (Fan Controller) from Mike. Pre-sale communications were excellent (including pic's of the switch on request), and I received the [RMRD] package exactly when it was expected - just 2 days after it was sent I realise this is Mike's very first rating here on Hexus! The Kustom team just can't be beaten on speed and customer support! Two orders placed in a week - one of them quite substantial in quantity and value, were processed on the day I placed the order... both were despatched the next day... and both arrived safe and sound (in excellent packaging!) the very next day! Just two days from order to receipt on both orders!! 0_o Some will argue that speed of delivery is out of their hands once the order is despatched, but they've chosen the couriers they now use based on past experiences, and it's obvious they've chosen wisely! A HUGE thumbs up to the whole Kustom PC's team ^_^ |
