It took us a while to manage to get together, but he kept in touch so we could seal the deal, and even came to drop the item off at my house which was handy, seeing as I'd just damaged my ankle. Still 1 of the best suppliers imo & great for the modding type supplies. Service is exceptional, never had to RMA anything but from others' reports it's exceptional too. |

OK, I admit it - the free shipping for Hexus has seen me sending more business Scan's way  . Still not always the cheapest even with that though.Packaging & delivery have been excellent & the fact that I know that I can get a hold of someone on the board if I need an answer is a big benefit (mind you tele-sales have been good too). Haven't needed to RMA anything so can't really comment on that but we'll give them a good in anticiopation. |

My first point of call when I'm looking for something. Pre-sales - exceptional. They will order non stock goods in especially for you. Delivery - brilliant. Only downsides 1) they are rarely the cheapest but the little extra is worth it for the service & the peace of mind that knowing if you need tech/rma you will get it promptly with no hassle. 2) website is getting a bit messy - but a new 1 is imminent. |

Have bought many times from ebuyer & despite other peoples tales of woe I have never had a problem. Prices are usually amongst the best but not always. Delivery has always been by due date. Only had to use enote once & it took about a week to get an answer. |
