I puchased a DS Lite from Mark, and it was actually better than described. He gave details on every single flaw with the unit (which was bought as faulty) and when it arrived, they were barely even blemishes. Item was posted immediately, and arrived the following morning. Couldn't be happier. |

I purchased several items from Ebuyer on Thursday the 21st, all the items were in stock and after a few hours they took payment. Normally with other retailers they would have packed the order up the same day and shipped it. But this is where Ebuyer went wrong; it took them just under 6 days to do this! The order arrived one week after I placed the order. Which to be honest is rubbish. Basically my thoughts on Ebuyer are: If you don't mind waiting and want some of the best prices around then order from them. But you will be waiting! However if you want some decent speedy service and would even pay a bit extra for this, shop elsewhere! I’m in the second group, who’d rather pay a bit extra for better and faster service, so I’ve rated them accordingly. |
