I have dealt with almost all the major ICT Suppliers over the previous 6 years of working in ICT, but I can safely say that I have never had such good service as that which I received from Quiet Pc. The customer service provided by Ellen is excellent, free technical help from Andy is fantastic, I called regarding a CPU cooler, I wasn't kept on hold, my mobile number was noted down as Andy was busy on a call, minutes later I received a call back, all my technical questions were answered in full. I placed my order with QuietPc at around 2pm, the order process was clear and easy to use. Numerous payments methods were available for me to use. I received clear on concise emails informing me that my order had been placed, payment had been taken and that my order had been dispatched, along side the despatch notice I was provided with a UPS tracking number, with this I can track the precise location of my parcel. My parcel is currently out for delivery, and is scheduled to arrive with me before 4pm today, that's an excellent service in my eyes! Customer service was not an afterthought, it was excellent. When Quietpc said the item was in stock, it was. The price was not the cheapest available, but the cheapest retailer gave me the runaround for two weeks before I cancelled in disgust and I still haven't received my refund. I've never had a product delivered so quickly. I ordered at noon on friday and it was here saturday morning. I didnt pay for special delivery, that was just standard! Received a friendly email saying item had been dispatched. Website really well laid out (and for a web-designer i'm very picky). Product was well packaged and worked perfectly. Certainly lived up to its name, the fan in in-audible. Couldn't have asked for better service. One thing that could have been added were bolts/screws to fit the fan (but its how the pack came, so cant blame quietpc for that. Also price could have been a little cheaper. But all in all i would still give them 9/10 |

I bought PC fans, 4 in a first batch and now I bought 2 more. I use these fans onboard our yacht for cooling the compressors for fridge and freezers onboard. The fans are NF P-12 the most quiet fans I have had. The exellent, professional and friendly service plus the good stock in this shop makes me come back whenever I need another similar item. QuietPCs website was easy to find using Google and simple to use once there. They offered a range of 92mm fans in comparison to all the retail stores I tried. I chose the most expensive which was still well priced and it arrived by 1st class post to my nominated delivery address one day after they received my order. The fan was supplied with all necessary cables and adaptor kits, was simple to fit and is silent in operation. I am very pleased with QuietPCs service and will use them next time. |

Purchase 2 items a day apart from QuietPC (only because I forgot to purchase a VF 1000 alongside some more RAMsinks). I bought a Zalman cooler fan from a webshop in Denmark and after a while it started to run at 100% all of the time. I actually live in Denmark, but preferring to speak with someone from my home country, I called QueitPC and got through to Andy. He gave me all the advice I needed, and offered to replace the fan, even though I didn't but it from him..He said that wasn't a problem, and he would even ship it to Denmark.... Now THAT is putting the customer first..! |

Over the last 2 years I have bought everything from cables to cases from Quiet PC. I have only ever had 2 problems with items , and they were power supplies - no fault of Quiet PC - which arrived by courier and were covered in condensation ( very cold days ). They have an excellent customer service which sends a replacement for immediate swap with the courier on next day. I recently broke a CPU cooler component , but after a quick e-mail , the replacement part was posted out to me within the hour - take note other e-tailers - at no cost. Well, what can i say about QuietPC. Exceptional customer service after experiencing repeated problems with my HTPC Case. They have been fantastic in assisting me to obtain a replacement from the manufacturer well after their obligation ended. Unfortunately the replacement had problems also (was soon replaced by a new model by the manufacturer with completely new hardware). The manufacturer was not interested in resolving the issue so QuietPC stepped in and helped me out instead. This was over a year from my initial purchase! The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive, and this does not change when you experience problems - Couldn't wish for better after sales support. I purchased, CPU fan, power supply and case, a year later I had a motherboard failure and decided to replace the motherboard. My problem was the fan, and fitting it to the new CPU base. Having had excellent service origionally I made a call to see if they could help me locate a bracket so that I could re-use the fan. Bingo had a bracket to fit the next day. The Northbridge Chipset fan on my ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe failed completely on a Friday morning... After a quick bit of Google Research via my laptop, it turned out that this is a well-known problem with this Mobo, and the Zalman ZM-NB47J Heatsink seemed to be the advised way to go, according to all of the "techie" websites. So I placed the order with QuietPC on Friday morning, and yet just went for the First Class Post option, as £24.50 for guaranteed Saturday delivery was a bit ridiculous for < £5.00 worth of parts...! BUT - it still arrived on Saturday morning, perfectly wrapped. I've just finished installing it, and it's cured all of the issues - noise & over-heating. What a great service they provide. This is my 3rd purchase from Quiet PC over the years, and while the previous two weren't disappointing in any way, this is by far, way "Above & Beyond". System cooling requirements? By tomorrow? Absolutely excellent. I explained what I needed - quite complex and they went away, researched product compatibility etc for me, came back with a list of items, all with hyperlinks to facilitate quick ordering, and with notes on usage. We then mantained an email correspondence until I was sure I had what I wanted and was happy to place an order. Compare that with a major vendor (unnamed but with a good reputation for service) I phoned recently to find out more about the sound card and speakers I was thinking of ordering (£300 worth) who clearly (1) didn't know anything and (2) couldn't give a damn. They cost a little more than some, but believe me, you get your money's worth as you end up with the right products. The only place I've marked them down slightly is their website, where it isn't always easy to find what you're after. I'd be hard pressed to think of another company that offered the same level of customer support than that provided by QuietPC.com. I say same because it certainly could not be bettered ... Having suffered some sort of electrical glitch type breakdown in my Zalman TNN 500 AF PSU and finding myself a little outside of the manufacture's warranty one begins to think that the manufacturers know something of a nasty surprise that you don't ... yet. Oh it may be slightly cheaper to buy hardware elsewhere somewhere on the Internet but, as my mother used to drum into me, there' a price to all this cheapness. That price is after sales support. In my experience and having not always taken the path my dear mother had shown me, buying hardware on the cheap as it were can work out more expensive over even a short period of time. What joy then that having been a customer of QuietPC on a few occasions in the past and that they are stockists of the fabulous Zalman products, that I should turn to them for help with my problem PSU. Their response was totally QuietPC.com! In a unfussy, we-will-help-you-sort-it-out way, they not only supplied a replacement PSU shipped directly from Korea (had they had one in stock that day it would have been sent to me right away from the UK) but also offered to continue to correspond with me until it was installed and fixed ... fabulous! |

I purchased several items (power supply, CPU cooler and small accessories) and received them the next day. Helpful info on the site included specs on each item such as decibel level, weight, RPM of fans, etc., plus ratings from websites like silentpcreview.com, etc. When I received my CPU cooler I noticed it was significantly bent so I contacted the returns email and exchanged a couple of emails with a very friendly person who immediately put a cross-ship order into place so that not only would I get a new, personally inspected cooler the next day, but I would also not have to pay any shipping charges to return the defective unit! Quick response, superlative service and good prices! Can't ask for any more! This is seriously the BEST customer service I have ever had with any online company. The selection in some categories could be better (they do not have Antec cases for example so I had to purchase from elsewhere) but the prices are good and the product info is far better than anywhere else I have visited. I've not just bought a PSU, i've bought a couple now, along with the Zalman HD160XTB media case, a number of CPU coolers and more... so as you can guess this company is very good. The prices aren't the cheapest you'd find in the internet but that is so far outweighed by the fact that the level of delivery, packaging and service is far beyond almost anyone else out there. Bought a CPU cooler for my system. Ran great, quick delivery. I then changed my system from a Socket 478 board to an AM2 board. There was no clip for the new board, so I thought my cooler was useless. This is where Ellen from the service department made my day. I emailed her, and she has sent out the new clip for my board. Cue one VERY happy customer.... |

Awesome service on what was a relatively cheap fan on standard delivery. I will definitely be recommending them. As for the product... I'd turned a horribly screamy-noisy Socket A machine into a linux file server. This fan has silenced it. Makes an incredible difference. | |

Ordered ZM80C heatpipe cooler, case fan, and Asus CD-RW from them back in May 04. The order was dispatched quickly, well packaged. I discovered, when I went to replace the GPU heatsink _one month later_ that there was a small bag of connection parts missing from the Zalman ZM80C (it was Zalman's fault, the pack was sealed!). When I contacted QuietPC they sent me the missing parts straight away. Because of this I'd rate their customer service as excellent. Only slight downer is the prices aren't cheap, but they do stock a lot of specialist components. I'd certainly buy from them again. | |
